Guarantee

Newside guarantees the usability and/or soundness of the products delivered by Newside, in accordance with the specifications offered. The statutory warranty rights apply to all goods, which you as a buyer can invoke in appropriate cases. The date stated on your invoice serves as the commencement date for the warranty.

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

No warranty claim can be made if:
- A product has been damaged by intent or negligence.
- A product has been damaged by misuse or negligent maintenance.
- There is normal wear and tear.
In the event of an unfounded complaint, the costs incurred will be for your account.
However, if a product is defective or if the product you ordered does not function or does not function properly, you can contact our customer service to request a warranty form.
